1. What we collect

When you place a retail order or submit a wholesale quote request we collect: your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, delivery address, country, and any notes you choose to give us. Our server also keeps a basic technical log (IP address, timestamps) for security and fraud prevention.

2. How we use it

• To process, confirm, ship and support your order or quote.
• To email you order confirmations, shipping notices and, for wholesale, your priced quotation.
• To answer your questions sent through the contact page.

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

3. Who we share it with

Only what is necessary: shipping carriers (name, address, phone for delivery) and our bank (for payment reconciliation). Hosting and email infrastructure is provided by our hosting provider under standard confidentiality terms. We never share your data for advertising.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage to remember your cart contents between visits, and a session cookie only for the store administrator login. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

5. Retention and your rights

Order and quote records are kept for accounting and warranty purposes. You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing admin@fragrancesarab.com — we respond within 7 days.

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, passwords (administrator only) are stored as salted scrypt hashes, and payment is handled entirely by bank transfer — we never see or store card details.
