1. About these terms

By placing a retail order or submitting a wholesale quote request on FragrancesArab you agree to these terms. The store operates two channels: retail (fixed USD prices, bank-transfer payment) and wholesale (custom-priced quotations for volume buyers).

2. Retail orders

• The minimum retail order value is $500.
• Prices are in USD and exclude destination duties/taxes (see Shipping Policy).
• Payment is by bank transfer before dispatch. An order is fulfilled only after payment clears.
• An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt; it is not a payment receipt.

3. Wholesale quotes

• A quote request requires at least 2 pcs per product and a minimum estimated basket value of $1,000 (at retail price).
• A quote request is not an order and involves no payment. Wholesale prices are provided only in our written quotation.
• Quotations are typically answered within one business day and remain valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
• Wholesale purchases are subject to the cancellation and shipping terms stated on the accepted quotation.

4. Product information

Product names, sizes and descriptions are provided by the manufacturers we source from. Colors may vary slightly between screens. Images are illustrative; packaging may be updated by the manufacturer without notice.

5. Acceptable use

Automated scraping, bulk copying of our catalog content, or misuse of the quote/checkout forms is not permitted. We may decline or cancel orders and quotes that appear fraudulent, abusive, or intended for resale in breach of a brand's distribution terms.

6. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g. lost profit) arising from delayed delivery caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
