Shipping Policy

1. Destinations

We ship worldwide from the UAE. Shipping charges are set per destination country and shown at checkout as soon as you enter your country. If your country is not listed yet, place your order anyway — we confirm the shipping cost with you by email before dispatch.

2. Retail orders

• Orders are dispatched after payment clears (bank transfer).
• Dispatch is normally within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Typical delivery: 3–7 business days for GCC destinations, 5–12 business days elsewhere.
• A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

3. Wholesale orders

Wholesale shipping is quoted per order. When we send your priced quotation, it includes a shipping line based on your destination and total weight — the final total on the quote is what you pay. Wholesale volumes may qualify for reduced or consolidated freight.

4. Customs, duties and taxes

Product prices are in USD and exclude destination import duties and taxes. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare all parcels accurately.

5. Address accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address are re-shipped at the customer's cost.
